responsibility for manufacturing activities in a machining (castings and
forgings) environment. Staff to include the following direct reports:

Room personnel. Leadership skills are a must. Past experience in a union
environment is a plus. This individual will be expected to "carry the flag"
for Lean activities in an environment already using cellular manufacturing
concepts.

Purchasing Manager. Previous experience buying raw materials (bar-stock,
castings, etc.), vendor services (plating, panting, heat treat, etc.), and
tooling/shop supplies. The selected individual will be a department of one,
with the ability to negotiate prices, write purchase orders, schedule and
expedite deliveries, and keep up with data-entry. This would be a great

DOE, and DOD is seeking a Power Electronics Engineer. BSEE minimum required,
plus at least 5-years of experience developing thermal management systems.
The focus of this position will be to create brushless DC motor and stepper
motor controllers as well as manage R&D projects for advanced thermal
management applications. This is an engineering R&D position that offers a

is in need of technicians and operators at all skill levels. Previous
experience in a production environment is desired. This company uses a
cellular manufacturing approach, meaning you will be responsible for
controlling a multiple machine-tool cell, which may include robotics.
Setup/changeover skills are required as well as the ability to read and
interpret drawings, use precision measuring instruments and be proficient at
